Adding send bulk sms button
  1. Navigate to Module Settings:

    • Go to Setup → Under Customization, select the Modules & Fields tab.

    • Under the Module tab, locate and select "Patient."

    • Click on the "Links and Buttons" tab.

    • Click on "+ New Button."

  2. Configure Button Details:

    • Name: Bulk_SMS_Button_Patient

    • Description: Button for sending bulk SMS from the Patient module.

    • Placement: Select "List View Mass Action Menu" (This allows bulk messaging for multiple selected records).

  3. Define Button Action:

    • Choose "Invoke a URL" (Always select this option).

    • Retrieve the URL from the Standalone Portal:

      • Go to Get StartedStep 3 - ConfigureButton Configuration.

      • Select Module: Patient.

      • Choose Phone Field: (Confirm with the customer which field stores the phone number).

      • Click Generate Send SMS URL.

      • Copy the generated URL.

    • Paste the copied URL into Zoho CRM, where the button is being created.

  4. Assign Button Visibility:

    • Select the profiles that should have access to the button (e.g., Sales, Administrator).

    • Confirm with the customer which profiles should see the button.

  5. Save the Button Configuration.

Steps to Configure Converse Desk

  1. Navigate to Setup

    • Go to Setup → Under Customization, select the Modules & Fields tab.

  2. Create a Web Tab

    • Select "Web Tabs" and click on "New Tab"

  3. Fill in the Details:

    • Tab Name: Converse Desk

    • Source: Links

  4. Enter the URL Based on the Data Center:

  1. US Data Center: https://app.sms-magic.com/app/#/converse-desk?state=${SMSMagic.User Token}&userId=${Users.User Id}

  1. EU Data Center: https://eu.app.sms-magic.com/app/#/converse-desk?state=${SMSMagic.User Token}&userId=${Users.User Id}

  2. AUS Data Center: https://aus-app.sms-magic.com/app/#/converse-desk?state=${SMSMagic.User Token}&userId=${Users.User Id}

  1. Assign Access:

    • Select the profiles that should have access to the Converse Desk.

Save the Configuration.
