SMS notifications through ScreenMagic can be set up by following the steps below: 1. Configure SMS gateway 2. Enable notifications 3. Send SMS notifications ## I. Configure SMS Gateway            1. Click **Integration **on the top right corner and then click **Others **on the left side panel. You will find **SMS-Magic** listed under the *Connections Available* section. *[Image]*            2. Hover over **ScreenMagic **and click **Configure**.    *[Image]*            3. A pop-up shows up. Enter the required values and click **Configure**. > *[Image]* **Required values:** Find the required values for authentication in the [guide](https://docs.sms-magic.com/sms-magic-standalone/oQriEyrOcUo-overview-contact-management). *[Image]*            4. **SMS-Magic** is now enabled as an SMS provider.           *[Image]* > *[Image]* **How many integrations**? At any give point in time, only one of the listed SMS gateways can be configured to send SMS notifications. ## II. Enable notifications > *[Image]* **Illustration**: Let us enable SMS notifications to be sent to customer when an appointment is rescheduled. 1. Navigate to **Workspaces** > (**Choose a workspace**) > **Notifications**. There are two sections to configure notifications - one for the staff and the other for the customer. The **For Staff **section is selected by default. *[Image]* 2. Select the events to send SMS notifications to staff. We will choose *Rescheduled* for the illustration. *[Image]* 3. Click **Customize** against the checkbox for SMS. A pop-up appears with a pre-drafted response when an appointment is rescheduled. *[Image]* 4. Click **Insert** to introduce dynamic booking-related values (like Customer name, Appointment Id, etc) using [variables](https://help.zoho.com/portal/en/kb/bookings/workspace/articles/bookings-notifications-for-customers-and-staff#Pre-defined_variables) listed under each section. Click the **Save** button once done. > *[Image]* **SMS Length**: Check if the [length of the notification content](https://docs.sms-magic.com/jkGrAF8S5uE-sms-magic-faqs/fiaJruJSpxE-general-questions) is as required by ScreenMagic. *[Image]* 5. **SMS notifications** are now set to be sent to **staff** when an appointment is **Rescheduled** under the *One-on-One Consultations *workspace. You can set SMS notification for customers as well in the same way. *[Image]* ## III. Send SMS Notifications 1. Zoho Bookings staff reschedules a booked appointment. *[Image]* 2.
