- **Enter Your User Credentials:**

- **Log in to the SMS Settings Page using your UserName, Account ID, API key, and SMS Sender Id as indicated in the provided instructions.**
- **Verify Mapping of User's Mobile Number:**

- **Navigate to Setup --> Users & Permissions --> Requesters / Technician.**
- **Confirm if the user's mobile number is correctly mapped with the country code. Update the Phone Numbers field if necessary.**
- **Update Phone Numbers in the Tool:**

- **In the Tool, navigate to Setup --> Users & Permissions --> Requesters / Technicians.**
- **Update the Phone Numbers field with the correct information, including the country code.**
- 
- **Trigger SMS:**

- **After updating the requestor/technician's mobile number with the country code, try creating tickets.**
- **Confirm that the Sample SMS is sent successfully.**
