Campaign Approval Workflow

In the Converse Settings, click on Campaign Approval. Toggle the switch to enable Campaign Approval.
Click on Add Approver.
In the modal, enter a name or email in the search field.
Select the desired user from the search results.
Click the Add button to confirm the new approval selection.
In the navigation bar, select Campaign Manager to proceed.
Click on New Campaign to start creating a campaign.
Enter the campaign name in the Campaign Name field.
Select the campaign's objective in the Objective field.
Select Broadcast under Campaign Type.
Click the Create button.
Click the Select Type drop-down under Select Recipients and Phone Field.
Choose List View from the drop-down menu.
Select Contact from the Object drop-down.
Choose Mobile Phone from the Phone Field drop-down.
Click on Select Sender ID to choose a sender.
Type your message in the text box provided.
Select Execute Now to trigger the campaign immediately.
Click the Submit for Approval button in the Campaign Builder.
Click Submit for Approval in the modal to confirm the campaign submission.
When a campaign is submitted for approval, its status is automatically updated to Approval Pending. The designated campaign approver receives a notification and can review the campaign details on the Campaign Details page. The approver can approve the campaign by clicking the Approve button.
Once approved, the campaign creator receives a notification.
Upon clicking the notification, the approved campaign details are visible.
The campaign creator can start the campaign by clicking the Start Campaign button.
The approver can reject the campaign by clicking Reject with Note and providing a reason.
The rejected note is visible in the Campaign Detail page.
The campaign creator receives a rejection notification and can review the rejection note.
The campaign creator can resubmit the rejected campaign for approval.
In the campaign list, click the icon to open options for a specific campaign.
Select Follow-up from the drop-down menu.
Click Yes in the confirmation pop-up to send the follow-up reminder.
Click the filter icon in the navigation bar.
Select Approval Pending, Rejected by Admin, or Approved under the status section.
Click Apply to view the filtered campaigns.
