Usecases Embedded in Salesforce

This guide will walk you through the steps to set up and activate an embedded automation use case workflow using Salesforce.
Embedded Automation with Salesforce supports the following automation use cases:
Conversation Flow
Nurture
Notification
Keyword Responder
Reminder
This document provides a step-by-step guide for configuring and activating the Conversation Flow use case using Salesforce.
Access Automation Use Cases:
In the navigation bar, click on Automation Use Cases.
Select and Get Automation:
Select the template from the options displayed.
Click the Get This Automation button in the modal.
Configure CRM Object and Phone Field:
In the form, click the drop-down menu under CRM Object and select Contact.
Click the drop-down menu under Phone Field and select Mobile Phone.
Activate Automation:
In the Mapping and Settings section, click on the Select Sender ID drop-down.
Click the Activate button at the top-right corner.
In the confirmation pop-up, click OK to proceed with activation.
Create a New Lead Record:
In the form, enter the lead details like (First, Last Name, Phone, Email)
Click the Save button in the new lead modal.
Verify Automation Trigger:
Check the Activity Log for the created automation use case.
The automation message is successfully triggered and the SMS history record is created.
