Integrate SMS Magic with Zoho Forms

In this video, we will demonstrate how to integrate SMS Magic with Zoho Forms. Follow the steps below to complete the integration:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log in to Zoho Forms and click on the Control Panel.

2. In the Notification Settings, click on SMS Gateway.

3. Click on Add New Connection.

4. Select SMS Magic from the service drop-down menu.

5. Select the data center region where your SMS Magic account is located:

   • Global for the US and India
   • EU for Europe
   • AU for Australia

   For this example, we select Global as the account is in the US data center region.

6. Provide a connection name. For example, SMS.

7. Enter the API key obtained from the SMS Magic portal:

   • Sign up and log in to the SMS Magic portal.
   • Click on Get Started to obtain the API key.
   • Copy the API key and paste it into Zoho Forms where the API key needs to be entered.

8. Get the sender ID:

   • Click on Settings in the SMS Magic portal.
   • Select SMS Services.
   • On the left-hand side, click on My Sender ID.
   • Copy the desired sender ID.
   • Paste the sender ID into Zoho Forms where the sender ID needs to be entered.

9. Click on the Create button to finalize the connection.

Once the connection is made, you will see it listed in Zoho Forms. This is how you can integrate SMS Magic with Zoho Forms.
