Automated SMS Notifications from Zoho Creator - Video Guide

In this video, we will see how to integrate Zoho Creator with SMS Magic. Follow the steps below to successfully set up the integration.
Navigate to your Zoho Creator home screen. Ensure you have the necessary applications installed. For this example, we will use the "Hotel Room Reservation" application.
Click on the "Hotel Room Reservation" application. Ensure the form includes a mobile number field. If not, add this field to the form.
Click on the "Edit" button to modify the application. Navigate to the workflow section to create a new workflow.
Select the application you are using (e.g., "Room Booking App").
Choose the condition for the workflow to run (e.g., "Record is created or edited").
Select "Successful form submission" as the form event to trigger the workflow.
Give the workflow a name (e.g., "Send SMS 123") and click "Create Workflow".
Click on "New Action" and select "Notification through SMS".
Click on "Send SMS" to define the SMS notification action.
If no connection exists, add a new connection.
Select "SMS Magic" and provide a connection name (e.g., "SMS Magic 123").
Choose "Login Users" and select all actions and modules.
Authorize the connection by providing credentials from the SMS Magic portal.
Select the mobile number field and compose the message.
Use insert fields to dynamically include information such as check-in and check-out dates.
Click "Save" and then "Done".
Fill out the "Hotel Room Reservation" form and click "Book Now". A confirmation message should be sent via SMS. Verify the message in the SMS Magic portal under "Campaign Message History".
By following these steps, you can successfully integrate Zoho Creator with SMS Magic and automate SMS notifications for your applications.
