Zoho Forms OTP Verification with SMS Magic

In this video, we will see how Zoho Forms can be used with SMS Magic for OTP verification.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Integrate SMS Magic with Zoho Forms using SMS Gateways.
2. Create a new connection.
3. Go to your Zoho Form.
4. Click on the settings option.
5. On the left-hand side, click on the Spam Control tab.
6. Click on the OTP Verification tab.
7. Click on Configure Now.
8. Select the OTP delivery method (SMS, Email, or WhatsApp). For this guide, select SMS.
9. Select the SMS Gateway. Choose the new connection made during the integration with SMS Magic.
10. Enter the message to display for the OTP SMS. The OTP is your one-time password to access the form.
11. Set the OTP expiration time. For this guide, set it to 5 minutes.
12. Set the number of OTP resend requests. For this guide, set it to 3.
13. Map the OTP verified phone number to a form field. Select the field where you have given the phone number (e.g., Enter your phone number).
14. For extra security, you can select Zoho Forms Captcha. This step is optional.
15. Click on Save.
16. After saving, click on the Share button.
17. Copy the public URL of the form.
18. Paste the URL in the browser and press Enter.
19. The form will appear with an OTP verification message. Enter the phone number where you want to receive the OTP and click on Get OTP.
20. Wait for the OTP to arrive and then click on Verify OTP.
21. Once the OTP is verified, the form will appear with the verified phone number.
22. Fill up the form and submit it.
