Before you start conversing with your customers using the SMS-Magic mobile app, make sure to fulfill the following prerequisites:

• Install the mobile app on your iOS or Android device

• The customer should have an active SMS-Magic account with an active plan 

• User needs to have a license

  1. SMS-Magic Portal license

  2. SMS-Magic Salesforce license

  3. SMS-Magic Zoho license

• SMS-Magic application basic setup should be completed

• Message credits should be available to send SMS and MMS
