Before you start conversing with your customers using the SMS-Magic mobile app, make sure to fulfill the following prerequisites:
Install the mobile app on your iOS or Android device
The customer should have an active SMS-Magic account with an active plan
User needs to have a license
SMS-Magic Portal license
SMS-Magic Salesforce license
SMS-Magic Zoho license
SMS-Magic application basic setup should be completed
Message credits should be available to send SMS and MMS
