SMS Magic Platform is a core platform that empowers SMS Magic solutions for various industries & CPAAS platforms. It is a multi-tenant SAAS platform. It is located in three data centres - US, EU & Australia. Businesses can choose data centres based on their geographical location. The SMS Magic platform is hosted on Amazon AWS.

1) Messaging Engine

The messaging engine handles the routing of inbound & outbound messages between CRM & Messaging providers. It has a rule engine that powers this engine. It also has an integrated validation layer, which checks for spam, message compliance and number validations to avoid any compliance violations.

2) Provider Integration layer

Provider integration is an integration module that connects with various local and international messaging or CPAAS providers. This layer enables customers to choose from various options such as bringing their own provider (BYOP), Bring Your Own Number (BYON) or choose SMS magic native messaging service to send & receive messages.

3) Compliance engine

The compliance engine has various telecom-related compliance rule sets & new age compliances like 10dlc, GDPR, and HIPAA to support compliance requirements of businesses.

4) CRM Integration Layer

This connects with various CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. This layer is responsible for syncing data between the CRM-based SMS Magic Apps and SMS-Magic Platforms, ensuring that customer information, interaction history, and other relevant data are up-to-date and accessible across both platforms. We have matured this layer across year of work, it saves you from buying any additional integration solution.

5) User Licensing Engine

This engine takes care of the provisioning & de-provisioning of user licenses and providing permissions to use various product features.
