How to Use Workspace Embedded in Salesforce

This guide explains how users can access and use the Workspace embedded in Salesforce to manage deployments, sender IDs, compliance, configurations, users, and templates.

Accessing Workspace

Where to Find It

  • Log in to Salesforce.

  • Click on Workspace from the top navigation bar.

Deploying Use Cases

Use this section to activate predefined automation use cases.

  • Go to Workspace → Production section.

  • Click on Deploy Use Cases.

  • Locate the task related to Conversation Closure.

  • Click Deploy next to the task.

Viewing Sender IDs

Sender IDs are used for sending SMS communications.

  • Click on Workspace in the top navigation.

  • Expand Campaign Manager.

  • In the SMS Magic Converse section, go to the Basic tab.

  • Click on View Sender IDs.

  • A modal window will display all configured Sender IDs.

Account Details & Installed Packages

In the Basic tab, click More next to the Sender ID section.

Users and Licenses

Navigate to the Users and Licenses tab.

Compliance Setup

Compliance ensures your messaging aligns with regulatory standards.

  • Go to the Compliance tab.

  • Click Get Started.

  • You will be redirected to the SMS Magic portal page.

Configurations & Syncing

Use this section to manage and sync environment settings.

  • Click on the Configurations tab.

  • Select All Configuration.

  • Select the checkbox to choose all configurations.

  • Click Sync at the bottom.

Templates Management

Manage messaging templates for campaigns and automation.

  • Click on the Templates tab.

  • View all available templates.

  • From the dropdown, select Add Sandbox.

  • Link your existing sandbox account.
