Customer's SFMC org domain need to be configured in SMS Magic platform to sync messages from SMS Magic platform to SFMC.

How to get the SFMC Org domain

Go to Setup -> Company Settings -> Account Settings

Copy a domain name against SOAP WSDL (Highlighted in below image ) and email to care@screen-magic.com or share with SMS Magic Support Rep.
