How the Restricted keywords are handled in the Salesforce for the users.

When the Restricted word was used in the in the converse desk while sending a message it show an error with the Restricted words been used in the message with the words pointing which need to be changed

User will not be able to create Templates with restricted keywords

When the messages is other sources it will block the message on the SMS-History and create a messages history with the error of offensive word used.
